Service terms.

By paying for a MedCompass audit, you agree to the scope and limits below. These terms are written to keep a narrow service narrow.

Service

A founding audit includes one profile-specific screen of the 12 Canadian MD programs represented in the current evidence set, a printable report, source links, and one clarification email. It does not include essay editing, application submission, ongoing coaching, or representation before a school.

Delivery

The 48-hour delivery period begins only after MedCompass confirms the slot and receives both complete intake data and payment. If more information is required, the clock pauses until it arrives. If MedCompass misses the confirmed deadline, you may choose a full refund instead of late delivery.

Useful-or-refunded guarantee

If the delivered report does not identify at least one actionable school-list change or specific verification task, email within 7 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. The guarantee is about usefulness, not admissions outcomes. Refunds are returned through an agreed payment method.

No outcome promise

Scores are planning heuristics, not admission probabilities. MedCompass does not guarantee eligibility, interviews, offers, scholarships, or any other outcome. Admissions rules and applicant pools change, and official school or application-service information always controls.

Applicant responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate data, reviewing the report, re-checking official sources, meeting deadlines, and making all application decisions. Do not omit or misrepresent facts to a school or to MedCompass.

Independence

MedCompass is an independent peer-built planning service operated in Ontario, Canada. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for OMSAS, OUAC, AFMC, a university, a medical school, or an admissions committee. It is not legal, financial, educational-counselling, or professional admissions advice.

Privacy

The privacy policy forms part of these terms. Do not send the sensitive identifiers listed there.

Fair-use limit

The report is licensed for the purchasing applicant's personal use. You may share it with personal advisors, but may not resell, publish, or remove its disclaimers. MedCompass may decline work that is outside scope, creates a conflict, or cannot be handled reliably; in that case no payment is taken or payment is refunded.
